Sony recently announced that there are no less then 10 million PlayStation home users. Together with this news they announced 3 upcoming areas in PlayStation home: Uncharted 2, Motorstorm and Ratchet & Clank. This won't be the last, a lot of developers are working on new spaces for Home, so a lot more will follow.
Sony claims that making an interactive area for PlayStation home is one of the best available ways for developers to get people to know their games and probably even get persuaded to buy them.

Erik Estavillo sued Sony for banning him from the PlayStation Network after making two hateful comments on Resistance, Insomniac Games shooter. He says Sony breaks his "first amendment rights". The judge decided that Sony is innocent because they're no part of the US government.
Estavillo now wants $75.000 from Microsoft because of the sadness and stress caused by the red ring of death on his Xbox 360. He sued Nintendo because an update of their Wii software caused a malfunction of his Homebrew Channel, a channel he used to hack games. He also used it to hack Mario Kart characters. He wants $5000 from Nintendo.
After that he decided also to sue Activision Blizzard for the design of World of Warcraft. He wants to get $1.000.000 from them. He asked actress Winona Ryder and Martin Lee Gore from Depeche Mode to testify for him.
